Just passed Lake Louise

40km run today in to a 30km wind not the best day.Just passed Like Louise ,  200km run 1150km to go .

    Yay Jan! Thought about you today as I did my own running. Hope you have good weather. Let me know when you're a couple of days from the Island and I'll come and meet you in Victoria!
